SubLog ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how data is handled within the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User-Entered Data
The App allows users to optionally enter the following information:
- Subscription service names, amounts, and billing cycles
- Categories, memos, and payment methods
- Notification preferences
All data is stored exclusively on the user's device and is never transmitted to external servers.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
The App does not automatically collect or transmit:
- Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics

iCloud sync only occurs when explicitly enabled by the user in Settings. Data stored in iCloud is managed according to Apple's privacy policy.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Apple App Store
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Purchase information is managed by Apple; the developer does not have access to payment details.
4.2 Exchange Rates
The App retrieves exchange rates from an external API (FloatRates) for currency conversion. No personal information is transmitted during this process.
4.3 Notifications
The App uses local notifications only. No push notification servers are used, so notification content is never sent externally.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Data Deletion
Users can delete their data through:
- The "Reset Data" option in Settings
- Uninstalling the App
- iCloud data can be removed from iCloud settings
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or on this page.
