本プライバシーポリシーは、CafLog（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリの利用を開始された時点で、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱います。
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を直接収集することはありません。
本アプリのPro機能では、Apple HealthKitと連携してカフェイン摂取データ（Dietary Caffeine）の読み書きを行います。
ユーザーの記録データは、端末内（ローカルストレージ）に保存されます。
CloudKitによるデータの取り扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに準拠します。
本アプリでは、Apple App Store経由でサブスクリプション（月額・年額）および買い切りプランを提供しています。課金に関する支払い情報はAppleが管理しており、開発者が直接取得することはありません。
本アプリでは、ユーザーの許可を得た上でローカル通知を送信する場合があります。通知は称号の解除通知やユーザーが設定したスケジュール通知に使用されます。通知の設定はアプリ内からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売、貸与、または共有することはありません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
ユーザーは、アプリ内のデータをいつでも削除することができます。アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて消去されます。iCloudに同期されたデータは、iCloudの設定から削除できます。HealthKitに書き込まれたデータは、ヘルスケアアプリから個別に削除できます。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせいたします。

This Privacy Policy describes how CafLog ("the App") handles personal information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App handles the following information:
The App does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
The App's Pro features integrate with Apple HealthKit to read and write caffeine intake data (Dietary Caffeine).
User records are stored on the device (local storage).
Data handling through CloudKit complies with Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App offers subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time purchase plan through the Apple App Store. Payment information is managed by Apple and is not directly accessed by the developer.
The App may send local notifications with user permission. Notifications are used for achievement unlocks and user-configured scheduled notifications. Notification settings can be changed at any time within the App.
The App does not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
Users can delete their data within the App at any time. Deleting the App from the device removes all local data. Data synced to iCloud can be deleted through iCloud settings. Data written to HealthKit can be individually deleted through the Health app.
This policy may be updated as necessary. If significant changes are made, users will be notified within the App.
